Learning together is a critical component of seeing those who differ from us in a new way. There is no unity apart from education. As such, one of our Four Areas of Focus is Learning Together.
Undivided develops and provides educational and practical training in Biblical unity addressing ethnic, cultural, socioeconomic, denominational, and social justice issues. We do this primarily through our monthly Leader meetings and Community gatherings. In addition, we help coordinate other opportunities for learning, such as specific trainings, book clubs, etc. Currently, we are supporting Undivided community member C.F. Hoffman in his leadership of the Racial Reconciliation Awareness Book Club.
Undivided Leaders Group
On the first Saturday of each month, pastors & church leadership from up to 20 different churches gather to discuss current events and our monthly small group gathering. These meetings are hosted by a different partner church each month and provide an opportunity for leaders in our area to present and discuss reconciliation driven concerns in our community and beyond. If you are a local church/ministry leader who would like to get involved in our leadership community, please complete the form below for information on our next event.
Undivided Community Gathering
On the second Tuesday of each month, individuals throughout our Undivided community gather for a shared meal, worship, a special presentation, and breakout discussions. These gatherings are hosted by a different partner church each month, allowing our community to experience diversity in worship, teaching, and community. If you’d like to join us at our monthly community gathering, please complete the form below for information on our next event.
Racial Reconciliation Awareness Book Club
Started and hosted by C.F. Hoffman, the Racial Reconciliation Awareness Book Club was started to help white people learn more about black history and experiences. Undivided gave C.F. the opportunity to develop multiple meaningful
relationships across racial lines. Through Undivided in Christ, giving him a greater understanding of black culture, black experiences, and black concerns. The Book Club provides an additional space for the same transforming relationship as Undivided’s monthly gatherings.
